- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales growth and market penetration
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand the company's market reach
- Manage and support existing channel partners to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct training and enablement sessions for channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about the company's products and services
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with channel partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience as a Channel Manager, Sales Manager, or Consultant in the intelligent transportation industry
- Strong understanding of channel management principles and best practices
- Deep understanding of consulting, contracting, and construction firms and practices within the intelligent transportation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to use strong two-way communication skills along with a deep understanding of customers’ businesses to push their thinking and direct the selling conversations (The Challenger Sale)
- A charismatic team player with the proven ability to be part of a high-performance organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Role is remote, anywhere in United States. Willingness to travel up to 25%
