What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support production applications, troubleshoot job failures, and implement code changes and data fixes
- Communicate daily with customers to provide status updates on the production environment
- Lead small teams of 2-3 developers on various projects
- Work with a variety of technologies, including .Net, JAVA, Oracle, Cognos, Informatica, and Teradata
- Perform other duties as assigned or required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication skills to interact with developers, management, and customers
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
- At least three (3) years of experience with Oracle, Teradata, Sybase, SQL Server, or equivalent databases
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience troubleshooting ETL code, databases, and web applications
- Active Secret clearance required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with .Net, JAVA, Oracle, Cognos, Informatica, or Teradata
- Experience with Application Lifecycle and Configuration Management software
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and experience with JIRA
- Developer certifications such as CSDP, MCSD, MCAD, MCDBA, SCP, RHCP, CCNP, or OCP
