What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop software solutions by analyzing user needs and system flows
- Design and install system specifications and programming standards
- Enhance and support the Texas HHS Legislative Tracking System (LTS) 2.0 Power Platform application
- Work with Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps, and automate processes using Power Automate Flows
- Create and maintain Power BI reports for data visualization and analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in software engineering and application development
- Proficiency in Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and business process automation
- Ability to analyze systems flow, data usage, and work processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SharePoint development and administration
- Familiarity with ERP practices and QA services
- Background in IT consulting and project management
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE processes and tools
- Previous work with governmental or legislative systems
