You will collaborate with architects, other developers, QA engineers, and other functional teams on sprints
Provide estimates for stories assigned in sprints
Implement functional and architectural components defined by product management and architects respectively
You will participate in design and implementation of components that integrates with internal and external systems
Understand the application and be a SME on implemented component
Participate with other developers in identifying and recommending best practices around architecture, development, and design
Develop web services for internal and external customers
2-3 years of Node and/or Java with spring
1 years of development experience with React or Angular
Experience in building highly scalable systems
Strong understanding of Object Oriented and Software Design Patterns
BS in Computer Science or Equivalent
Strong English communications skills (verbal and written)
Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Jenkins workflows or other automation tools for streamlining and optimizing data-driven processes

We are looking to hire you to participate in efforts to create features and functionality associated with our web and backend initiatives. This position part of our globally distributed Foundation team, and reports into the Manager of Software Development. You will actively participate in agile development efforts. We are currently transitioning to a new Content Management System (CMS) - Adobe CQ5, which will enable teams across Autodesk to personalize web content, provide a more comprehensive mobile experience, and streamline our internal processes.
This position can be located in Portland, Atlanta and San Francisco/Bay Area. It is a Hybrid role.
