What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, or modify software using various programming languages based on product needs
- Analyze user needs to determine software requirements and modifications
- Develop and perform automated testing procedures to ensure software functions correctly
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback
- Execute the software deployment process and support business functions through on-call rotations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in C#, Javascript, or equivalent object-oriented programming languages
- Strong analytical skills to determine software requirements and modifications
- Experience in software testing and design
- Proficiency in database management related to software development

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and design
- Familiarity with software development frameworks and platforms, such as .NET 8 and Angular 17+
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of cloud technologies, primarily AWS or equivalent cloud services
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
