What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, or modify software using various programming languages to meet user needs
- Analyze user requirements to determine software specifications and necessary modifications
- Develop and perform automated testing procedures to ensure software functionality
- Participate in design and code reviews and assist with delivery estimates
- Execute the software deployment process and support business functions during on-call rotations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in C#, JavaScript, or equivalent object-oriented programming languages
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Experience in database management as it relates to software development
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and design
- Familiarity with software development frameworks and platforms, such as .NET 8 and Angular 17+
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, primarily AWS or equivalent cloud services
- Understanding of infrastructure as code practices, such as Terraform
