What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct user research with engineers and develop the roadmap for internal tools and systems
- Improve build safety and speed for development processes
- Ensure the reliability and availability of Continuous Integration and build pipelines
- Build solutions for both local and remote development environments
- Design and implement new tools for production and development deployments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/qualification
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 1 year of experience building tools for developers
- Deep knowledge of build systems
- Strong empathy for developers and a keen interest in addressing their challenges
- Experience with JavaScript, Go, and GitHub
