Develop embedded program software control systems to meet customer needs
Manage project development and engineering tasks for projects in conjunction with the Engineering and Commissioning Teams
Verify customer objectives and develop solutions in conjunction with Sales and Engineering teams
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Implement product design within the schedule and budget parameters
Create related design documents and program software
Manage customer expectations and project scope changes in collaboration with the Sales Team
Participate in weekly project engineering and production meetings
Contribute to the development of new software tools and imbedded controller platform enhancements
Periodically be responsible for after-hours emergency support via off-site personal phone
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required, or two years related experience and/or training with control systems and industrial refrigeration; or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience with software development
Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds on occasion and push and pull up to 150 pounds on occasion
Advanced computer skills required, including office, drawing, and software development tools
Proficiency with and knowledge of software programming languages
Ability to apply abstract thought to develop real-world solutions
Ability to work both independently and within small groups
Firmware and electronic logic exposure
Familiarity and experience with project life cycle and project management
Testing and troubleshooting experience
Strong organization and time management skills

What You Will Do:
Our Software Engineer is primarily responsible for managing control solution projects and from design document creation to post-installation customer support. Additionally, works with R&D team to enhance embedded technology. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $84,000 USD - $95,000 USD ( (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Sales Commission Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
