Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement core functionalities for WorkforceCX application.
• Develop APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Ensure software scalability, performance, and security.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and issues in production and testing environments, as reported by the WFM Team.
• Works closely with the WF Team to address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with fellow Software Engineers to brainstorm and understand requirements from WFM/Clients and deliver effective solutions.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams, including Product Manager, Designers, and QA Test Engineers, to deliver high-quality features that enhance WorkforceCX scheduling, time tracking, and performance monitoring capabilities.
• The engineer will leverage modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies to build solutions that optimize workforce operations, improve efficiency, and meet client requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.
• Participate in the SCRUM Meetings by providing inputs and suggestions to efficiently manage work priorities and deliverables.
