What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with design and UI teams to implement native mobile interfaces according to iOS guidelines
- Improve user experience by analyzing and optimizing UI, data storage, and network communications
- Independently build and deliver high-quality features and improvements
- Research and implement technical solutions to achieve business goals
- Coach team members to enhance team success and foster a supportive environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering
- Experience building applications in Objective-C and Swift for iOS in an Agile environment
- Proficiency in writing unit tests and testable code
- Experience with multithreaded programming and RESTful APIs
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience migrating a large legacy codebase to modern standards
- Familiarity with functional reactive programming frameworks (RxSwift, Combine, etc.)
- Experience using SwiftUI
- Past usage of at least one package manager
- Some experience with CI/CD
