What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a solutions lead between various departments, ensuring effective communication
- Design, develop, and deploy complex modules and components of larger system designs
- Perform unit and system integration testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot issues through data analysis and provide support for production issues
- Manage multiple small to mid-size projects and maintain project plans and status reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis and design
- 3+ years of cloud services automation experience in Azure Logic Apps and/or Microsoft Power Automate
- 3+ years of experience with a programming or scripting language (e.g., C#, JavaScript, SQL, NoSQL)
- 3+ years of experience operating in and administering the solution delivery life cycle for full stack developments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with large ERP applications such as Workday or PeopleSoft
- Exposure to functional areas such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Order to Cash, General Ledger, and Procurement
- Knowledge of MongoDB or similar NoSQL database technology
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Domo or Smartsheet
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Workday reporting and integration services
