What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Python code and Spanish prose prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance legal applications
- Collaborate with legal professionals to gather and understand requirements for LLM-driven solutions
- Test and iterate Spanish prose prompts ensuring accuracy and legal soundness
- Integrate language models into multi-step systems and assess performance for necessary modifications
- Work with APIs and data sources, including SQL databases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highly proficient in written and spoken Spanish
- Legal domain expertise in the LATAM legal market, including experience as a courtroom interpreter or paralegal
- 1-2 years of production-level experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in Python or strong experience in other programming languages
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using large language models through code, such as OpenAI or Cohere
- Background in a non-traditional legal career path
- Familiarity with APIs and SQL databases
