What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop Python code and Spanish prose prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs)

- Liaise with legal professionals to gather and understand project requirements
- Integrate language models into multi-step systems and assess their performance
- Write, test, and iterate Spanish prose prompts ensuring legal accuracy and context

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highly proficient in written and spoken Spanish
- Legal domain expertise in the LATAM legal market
- 1-2 years of production-level experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in Python; strong experience in other programming languages if Python skills are low
- Familiarity with APIs and SQL databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using large language models through code
- Background in legal practice, courtroom interpreting, or paralegal work
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative writing skills with a focus on clarity and effectiveness
