What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create models, blueprints, shaders, animations, effects, and sequences to build unique 3D environments
- Generate initial concepts and ideas for various 3D projects
- Manage, implement, and optimize 3D assets from concept to final output
- Develop 2D art assets in Photoshop and Illustrator for use within Unreal Engine
- Render still images or videos, editing and compositing as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Intermediate knowledge of Unreal Engine blueprints
- Proficiency in environment/world building, including lighting, composition, and scene framing
- Strong skills in software such as Unreal Engine, Maya, Blender, and 3D Max
- Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas to senior management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adhere to file naming conventions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High-quality rendering abilities and proficiency in VRED, VRAY, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, and Adobe Suite
- Experience with asset development using NURBS and polygonal data
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with designers and management
- Project management experience to handle multiple projects and adhere to timelines
- Advanced skills in Adobe Suite for image modification and enhancement
