What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement new security systems to enhance investigation software for loss prevention
- Develop and manage real-time data streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka
- Integrate data from various sources for real-time delivery to downstream applications
- Collaborate with product management and engineering leadership to fulfill business requirements
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in technology or information systems or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering teams
- At least 7 years of experience in C# and the .NET Framework
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with .NET Core and microservices architecture
- 4+ years of Azure cloud experience and experience using Confluent Kafka

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Kubernetes and deploying applications in public cloud environments
