What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement features to assist users in building and tuning machine learning models using large-scale compute resources
- Lead the maintenance of the existing Sweeps product and ensure a smooth transition to the next generation
- Contribute to the design and implementation of an execution platform within the Weights & Biases ecosystem
- Focus on user feedback to deliver valuable solutions for ML practitioners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and user experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering and proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Typescript, GraphQL, etc.)
- Deep empathy for ML practitioners, with a strong interest in understanding and solving their challenges
- Self-driven and motivated to find impactful solutions
- Experience working with ML engineers and building tools to facilitate their work is advantageous

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience collaborating with machine learning engineers
- Familiarity with tools that connect ML practitioners to computational resources
