THE ROLE: Software Engineer, Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: As a Senior UI/UX designer, you will be working closely with all the stakeholders to create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Use various ideation methods like brainstorming, interviews, focus groups to solve the user’s needs to add value to the customer.
• Explore various design approaches to solve specific user problems.
• Conduct user research, create user personas, conduct customer and competitor analysis.
• Define user task flows and interaction models.
• Use wireframes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas.
• Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the UI designs.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product.
• Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with the cutting-edge technology.
• Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts
• Optimize UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centeredness.
• Troubleshoot any UX problems.
• Conduct regular research on user experience and support any pre-sales
  engagements that comes your way.
• Stay up to date with all of the industry’s trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Certifications in Interaction Design, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Prior experience with UX/UI design with a strong portfolio to show previous work.
• Great visual design, time management and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding and Knowledge on UI frameworks and Front-end technologies.
• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Strong Knowledge in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, processflow, and sitemaps.
• Hands on in using the various visual design and wireframing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma etc.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Well-read on the new technology and best practices in the market.
