What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop mid-level applications in Unqork to meet business needs, including data management and user interface design
- Integrate external APIs and troubleshoot related issues to enhance application functionality
- Lead and mentor team members through technical challenges while fostering skill development
- Create innovative patterns and use cases on the Unqork platform to solve technical issues
- Conduct unit testing and participate in end-to-end testing to ensure quality and functionality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5+ years of relevant software development experience
- Knowledge of React, Angular, MongoDB, JSON, and proficiency in CSS
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialist degree or certification in software development
- Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with Agile experience considered a plus
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
