What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain software applications using JavaScript, C#, Oracle, and Python
- Triage issues and tickets for timely resolution and escalation as necessary
- Collaborate with IT and developers to integrate systems across the business
- Maintain documentation and provide on-call support for development team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS/CIS, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Release Management and CI/CD processes (Jenkins is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess a Secret security clearance
