      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate within cross-functional Feature Teams to shape product areas and enhance user experiences
      - Participate in the full product lifecycle, from brainstorming innovative ideas to deploying impactful features
      - Engage in design discussions and advocate for data-driven decisions within the engineering team
      - Work on various parts of the tech stack, gaining hands-on experience with both frontend and backend technologies
      - Contribute to code reviews and receive constructive feedback to improve coding skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled as a student at a U.S.-recognized college or university, set to graduate in Spring 2026 or Winter 2026
      - Enrollment in a recognized co-op program through a U.S.-recognized college or university
      - Experience with or willingness to learn Ruby and JavaScript
      - Ability to work collaboratively as a regular team member, not just as an intern
      - Familiarity with Git and understanding of algorithms and data structures
