What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical leadership for all software development components for complex systems
- Lead hands-on technical efforts across multiple custom software development and data analytics teams
- Collaborate with clients to determine business needs and design suitable technical solutions
- Oversee the full software development life cycle from scoping to delivery and support
- Build CI/CD pipelines and improve software architecture and deployment processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field required
- 6 to 8 years of experience developing enterprise, full lifecycle solutions using object-oriented programming languages
- Experience leading solution architecture and development teams in a cloud-based environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to recognize business needs
- Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment
