What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy aligned with business and customer objectives
- Oversee automation and streamlining of CI/CD pipelines for DevSecOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Software
- Architect, select, and acquire tooling and technologies for the DevSecOps software factory and cloud environment
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to define and enforce security standards, policies, and requirements
- Support Agile Lead with task management and serve as a technical expert throughout the program lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15 years of combined experience in technical leadership roles, including Network, Cloud, Security, Software, DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Experience as a technical lead on medium to large programs or projects
- Strong understanding of design, standards, and documentation development
- Proficient with DevSecOps technologies, tools, processes, and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with modern programming languages like Python, Go, Java, or C++
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes, and security scanning
- Experience with cloud and platform cybersecurity
- Qualified in both Linux and Windows Operating Systems
