What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the software asset lifecycle including acquisition, compliance, maintenance renewals, and decommissioning
- Present business cases to senior management for software requests and alternatives
- Evaluate user requests against existing products to determine the best fit solutions
- Work with vendors to resolve delivery issues and maintain compliance with vendor terms
- Document processes, identify gaps, and engage in process improvement initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing IT operation or administrative role
- Solid knowledge of software licensing, maintenance renewals, and compliance
- Excellent administrative skills and record-keeping methods
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL, ITAM, and/or SAM training or certification
- Negotiation experience and knowledge of purchasing methods
- Global support experience
- Familiarity with engineering/scientific software including CAD/BIM
- Experience with Power BI
