We are looking for a passionate Software Team Leader for our Team in Autoliv France Cergy and we are excited to know you.

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Establish software project development plan in collaboration with project stakeholders (quality, safety, project), and according to customer’s needs (reuse plan, workload evaluation, scope, and dates)
• Manage software development activities (Managing SW backlogs, sprint organizations, follow-up, reporting, support to the team, SW ceremonies, leading workshops)
• Establish and review software deliverables for SW milestones (work-product version, release note, traceability, and SW metrics…)
• To ensure consistency of software work-products development (internal work-products as well as suppliers deliveries/developments, reviews, traceability…)
• To participate in risk analysis (FMEA for design), and software development audits
• To apply software engineering methods by using software engineering tools (configuration management, version control, task management system…)
• To be included in the evaluation of new method of development and/or new technical solutions (benchmarking of products, tools…)
• To bring a support in RFQ phase (feasibility, technical aspects for products and process).
• To train people (process manufacturing, industrialization department…)

And if you have/are:

• Level (diploma) required: Computer Science engineer
• Experience: 5 years of work experience in development of embedded real-time systems with a first experience in managing technical teams
• Mastery in C and assembly programming for 8/16/32 bit µController
• Good knowledge of real-time kernel, multiplexed protocols (CAN, LIN…), Autosar architecture.
• Good knowledge of ASPICE standard, safety (ISO2626-2) and AGILE methodologies
• Basics of algorithm implementation and numerical computation, software development quality constraints (SFEA / FMEA…), cybersecurity (ISO 21434)
• Ability and diplomacy to work in team
• Efficiency to cope with problems
• Ability to keep a deadline
• Well-motivated to perform current tasks
• Self-sufficient to perform the essential functions of this job
• Good level of English
