What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assign and track task completion to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of project milestones
- Monitor sprint capacity and task completion, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct daily tracking of the status of active issues, identifying and escalating potential bottlenecks
- Coordinate with adjacent operational projects to ensure alignment and smooth integration
- Manage user account access and permissions across relevant systems, ensuring proper security protocols are followed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management, preferably in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Extensive experience using Jira for project management, including advanced features and customizations
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance requirements and experience in managing technical compliance processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant project management certifications are a plus, but less important than verifiable experience
