What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple cloud projects and oversee application and mobile application development projects
- Communicate project delivery frameworks and implement standards within the team
- Plan, schedule, and update project timelines and milestones using project management software
- Assess project status, report to executive leadership, and manage risks and mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain project plans, ensuring effective financial forecasting and tracking

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years related to cloud projects, particularly in AWS
- Proven experience in project managing and delivering cloud projects or programs
- Experience with application and mobile application development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically documentation skills
- Proficient in managing projects using Scrum or Kanban Agile Framework and Waterfall methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent years of experience will be considered
- Prior experience leading multiple strategic, complex projects with successful results
- Familiarity with multiple and complex scheduling work streams
- Understanding of Gartner Bimodal and product-line operating models
- Experience in benefit program administration and/or healthcare is a plus
