What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review requirements and document test items for software quality assurance
- Evaluate data and conditions to ensure expected outputs are met
- Review final documents to confirm updates and verify no unexpected changes
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Create, execute, and update test plans as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Management Information Systems (MIS) or 5 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in proofing and reviewing critical communication documents (Bills, Statements, Letters, Benefit documents, etc.)
- Familiarity with document comparison software like Adobe, Delta, etc.
- Proven success in creating, executing, and updating test plans
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- COBOL programming experience
- Experience in the Mortgage, Finance, Banking, or Healthcare industries
- Familiarity with multiple data formats, including Mainframe data
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
