What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Document all reported issues and task details; analyze gathered data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years related experience
- Proficient understanding of computer and technical concepts
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Associate's degree or higher from a college or university is preferred
