      Job summary

      As the UKs largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, our Digital team at InHealth continues to grow, to support our expanding range of services. Our Digital team is second to none, and InHealth is proud to be a great place to work. Were looking for a Software Tester to join our dynamic integration and development team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support, the main Patient Administration system based on Microsoft Dynamics Platform as well as other development and automation projects. You will be part of a small team consisting of two developers and a product owner working in line with Agile framework. This role will be critical to ensuring that high quality software releases are delivered, and testing is delivered to the highest technical standards. Ultimately, you will ensure that all released products work seamlessly and effectively and support the clinicians when caring for patients and make healthcare better in line with the company vision. This role is predominantly home based but would require travel to our office in Beaconsfield as required.

      Main duties of the job

      What you will do: This scope of this role is to support the integration and development teams in testing of all new projective releases and take full ownership of the role including creating relevant process and using appropriate technology and tools and methods. In addition to this, you will: Ensure each new feature and release meets production ready standards defined in each Sprint before deployment to the live environment. You will be responsible for creating test plans, scripts, use cases and all the collateral as required in line with jointly agreed testing approach. Analyse system specification relevant to releases and record test results. chase bug fixes and perform retesting. Provide reporting on the progress of testing and raise and resolve any issues as they arise within the testing workflow. Be the focal point for all software testing conducted within the integration and development teams Establish testing process that supports the Agile ways of working within the teams Build a testing toolkit that best supports the workload and the team

      • To be successful in this role you will have experience of testing solutions in an Agile environment working alongside development teams and end users.
      • You will have used various testing platforms/solutions and an industry standard methodology (i.e. ISTQB) to design, plan and perform testing.
      • You will be used to busy environments with backlogs and sprints planned to a rolling 12-month schedule.
      • You will ideally have delivered testing for Robotic Process Automation solutions and came across Microsoft Dynamic solutions.
      • Relevant experience as a Software Tester or similar role for at least 2-3 years.
      • Experience in QA methodology.
      • ISTQB Certified Tester would be an advantage.
      • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred.
      • Working knowledge of one or more of the test management software solutions (e.g. qTest, Zephyr, Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter, Browser Stack).
      • Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps.
      • Familiarity of Microsofts CRM, Power Platform preferred.
      • Familiarity of UIPath and RPA testing.
      • Experience in API testing and Postman tool.
      • Experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
      • Experience with automation testing would be an advantage.
