      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with a team to craft, implement, and evaluate test scenarios for customer-facing technologies
      - Carry out test cases and testing scripts to identify defects and ensure software functionality
      - Present test results to customers, developers, and stakeholders
      - Support root cause analysis on defects to identify and mitigate project risks
      - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including accessibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or related field
      - Five (5) or more years of professional experience in software testing
      - Demonstrated experience in agile software testing
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with teams and customers
      - Ability to obtain a USPS security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic understanding of Python, C#, HTML, ASP.NET, SQL, and JavaScript
      - Experience testing web and native mobile applications
      - Familiarity with task and ticketing applications such as Atlassian JIRA or Bugzilla
      - Knowledge of information systems and experience working with federal agencies
      - Prior experience with AI and machine learning concepts in user experience design
