      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and coordination
      - Place outbound calls to customers to guide them through the pre-board process
      - Schedule site survey appointments and ensure contractor availability
      - Prepare sales packets with accurate and updated information for appointments
      - Follow up on customer statuses in Salesforce and manage document compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven customer service experience and skills
      - Proficient use of Google Suite and familiarity with Salesforce CRM software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Knowledge of the solar power energy field
      - Experience with DrawLoop and DocuSign software
