What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough regulatory research to support market expansion and operational needs
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of regulatory frameworks across different jurisdictions
- Advise Sales and Ops/design teams on modeling solar program rules, tariffs, and incentives
- Track critical program dates and caps for community solar programs and incentives
- Communicate with representatives from utilities, ISOs, governments, and other program administrators for clarification

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in the solar or utility industry with a deep understanding of multi-jurisdictional frameworks
- Strong research skills to find and interpret regulatory information from various levels of government
- Exceptional documentation skills to create clear, comprehensive guides for regulatory information
- Ability to manage complex research projects with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to convey complex regulatory concepts to diverse stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Combined experience in both solar and utility sectors
- Advanced Excel skills for building and maintaining regulatory tracking systems
- Experience with various types of utility tariffs, including community solar and net metering
- Proven track record of successful regulatory analysis for new market entry
- Experience creating and maintaining regulatory compliance documentation systems
