- Self-starter capable of managing complex research projects with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex regulatory concepts to diverse stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Combined experience in both solar and utility sectors
- Advanced Excel skills for building regulatory tracking systems
- Familiarity with various utility tariffs, including community solar and net metering
- Successful track record of regulatory analysis for new market entry
- Experience in creating regulatory compliance documentation systems
