      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve annual sales goals and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software sales pipeline
      - Track sales performance and produce internal reports for the sales incentive program
      - Leverage existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities
      - Develop and implement strategic market/business plans to expand services and client base
      - Engage in marketing and sales activities for large projects/programs and cultivate partnerships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional services sales experience in the solid waste industry
      - Proven experience in selling air compliance, emissions reduction, PFAS, renewable natural gas, and/or wastewater solutions
      - Strong business acumen with established industry relationships
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM software
