What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with consultants and brokers in an assigned territory
- Market Health Benefit Accounts to employers through assigned distribution channels
- Build and grow consultative relationships with key Employer clients to understand their business needs
- Present the value of financial solutions to various levels within client organizations, including executives and decision makers
- Influence external customers at the VP & C-Suite level as a trusted executive partner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of sales development or business development experience, including calling on decision makers and economic buyers
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the health insurance or financial services industry
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- 5+ years of experience with CDH programs (HSA/HRA/FSA), wellness programs, COBRA, and investments
- Ability to travel frequently, up to 50%
