      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with consultants and brokers in an assigned territory
      - Market Health Benefit Accounts to employers through assigned distribution channels
      - Build and nurture consultative relationships with key Employer clients to assess their strategy and business needs
      - Drive and deliver a value story consistent with the client strategy, presenting solutions to executives and decision-makers
      - Influence external customers at the VP & C-Suite level as a trusted executive partner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of sales development or business development experience calling on decision makers and economic buyers
      - 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the health insurance or financial services industry
      - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
      - 5+ years of experience with Consumer Directed Health (CDH) programs (HSA/HRA/FSA), Wellness programs, and COBRA
      - Ability to travel frequently, up to 50%
