What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct sales demonstrations to prospective government customers, both in-person and virtually
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients and channel partners
- Assist with client support and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless experience
- Manage sales opportunities within a specified territory and generate leads through partnerships
- Provide feedback on Ford Pro products to product development teams and follow the Lead Management Process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of channel and/or direct sales experience
- Candidates must be located in the Great Lakes Territory (MI, WI, MN, IA, IL, IN, OH, KY, WV); relocation is not available
- Proficiency in CRM software utilization
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in software sales is strongly preferred
- Proven track record in software sales with measured success
- Knowledge of computer-based applications, IT operations, and SaaS
- Government sales experience is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce software utilization
