What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze assigned application solutions (AS) projects to identify business, systems, and technical requirements
- Document analyses and utilize approved software development methodologies to address project needs
- Conduct joint application design sessions with customers and IT staff to define requirements
- Prepare detailed designs, process models, and documentation for business processes and automated systems
- Communicate with users to determine requirements and assist in diagnosing problems with automated applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field or three years of experience as a systems analyst
- Minimum of three years of full-time experience in computer programming, systems analysis, or program analysis
- Experience conducting fit/gap sessions, system configuration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the public sector and familiarity with TWC environment and technology platforms
- Skills in developing creative solutions to complex problems
- Experience preparing project documentation such as functional design specifications and architectural diagrams
