      Job Description

      As a Solution Consultant, you will support our customers in a variety of client facing situations. This role is remote friendly and will report to the Manager, Solution Consulting.

      In this role, you will be able to work remotely from a home office, but will be required to travel up to 20% of the time.

      What you will do:

      • You're comfortable representing Fiix by Rockwell Automation to anyone, in any setting whether that be through a phone call, an online demo, or face-to-face meeting.
      • Empower customers to get the most out of Fiix by Rockwell Automation products by understanding their business needs and goals and then developing and sharing best practices to increase customer ROI and expand their product adoption will be key to your success.
      • Support our Account Executive Sales team with our growing and highly engaged customer base.
      • Provide feedback directly from users into the product organization for enhancements or to improve current workflows
      • Identify client needs during discovery and support sessions.
      • Prepare targeted demonstration scripts, environments, and support content.
      • Give effective product demonstrations to growing customers.
      • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and other tender documents.
      • Work with our internal product team to steer feature and function development.
      • Travelling as required to deliver onsite demonstrations, attend trade shows, and other functions (

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelors Degree
      • Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas in this role, now or in the future.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales or customer success capacity, solutions consultant, or related role with a focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise level software solutions.
      • First hand experience in a manufacturing environment or within the maintenance and reliability industry.
      • Experience performing product demonstrations and conducting sales calls.
      • Bilingual in English and either Spanish, French, or German is considered an asset.
      • Technical understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, web, and database technology.
      • An understanding of how to quickly develop relationships with customers.

      For this role, the total target compensation is from $96,000 - $144,000 of which 90% is base salary and 10% is variable. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
