What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Operations, Marketing) as a technical Subject Matter Expert
- Support the Strategic Consultants with client presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews
- Gather and document client requirements to tailor solutions effectively
- Present to clients, painting a vision for the solution, its dependencies, milestones, and phases
- Create detailed scoping documents and write SOW language, internal documentation, and RFP responses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three or more years of experience with Salesforce cloud applications in a senior role
- Experience with corporate data architecture, data flow, and technology stacks
- Data or platform migration experience
- Experience with marketing automation and digital campaigns
- Ability to work in the United States

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications/accreditation(s), such as Data Cloud Certification or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Prior agency experience
- Familiarity with marketing technologies including ESPs, CRMs, CDPs, and AI tools
- Email deliverability experience
- Familiarity with data integration methods and tools such as API and Mulesoft
