- Gather and analyze requirements for integrations with external systems in collaboration with partners and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and implement data mapping to the payroll system and write detailed technical specifications.
- Document integration setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes comprehensively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration strategies effectively.
- Design and develop against the payroll APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, proposing and implementing enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficient in integrations, encompassing both file and API-based solutions, with good experience in REST API. Skilled in manual API requests using tools like Postman and Insomnia.
- Strong grasp of relational database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture
- Programming experience in Java and Spring.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated capability to assess complex business requirements and lead definition sessions for effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 1-2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, supplemented by knowledge of Payroll systems.
