      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate to develop a compelling sourcing strategy to align with staffing plans and improve recruiting efficiency
      - Execute sourcing strategies, including conducting industry and company research to identify prospective candidates
      - Generate and maintain current company target lists to focus on identifying top talent
      - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview processes
      - Utilize social media and company branding to attract candidates and build relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in an office environment, with a focus on research and a demonstrated interest in recruiting strongly preferred
      - Exceptional research skills with the ability to uncover hard-to-find information
      - Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
      - Confident and persuasive communicator (written and verbal) able to represent the employer's Talent Brand professionally
      - Bachelor's degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus
      - Familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques
      - Strong networking skills and ability to engage with potential candidates
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
