Develop and implement sourcing strategies across logistics, transport, and warehousing
Support supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
Drive cost savings and continuous improvement across key logistics categories
Monitor supplier performance and support quality and compliance requirements
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to align sourcing priorities
Contribute to risk mitigation, data-driven decision making, and innovation
Ensure sourcing activities meet internal policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Minimum 5 years of sourcing or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in logistics buying in Asia.
Experience working across global logistics categories, including contract logistics, land, air, and ocean transport.
Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance tracking
Comfortable working with technical specifications and service level agreements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
Excellent communication skills and full proficiency in English

To support this, we are strengthening our sourcing and supply chain capabilities with the appointment of a Sourcing Manager, Logistics.This role is part of our global sourcing team and is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies across global logistics, including warehouse services and land, air, and ocean transport. You will contribute to sourcing activities that support efficiency, performance, and supply continuity across internal and third-party manufacturing networks.
This hybrid role will be based at our office in Bangkok, Thailand.

In this role you will support sourcing activities that ensure reliable, cost efficient, and high-quality logistics services. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage contracts, monitor performance, and drive improvements across a global supply base.WHO YOU ARE
