- This role is responsible for effectively communicating across functions and teams, regular updates, reports and/or presentations on facilities’ supplies status
- Generate purchase orders based on production requirements and inventory levels
- Track and expedite open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and prevent shortages
- Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
- Work closely with Program leadership to ensure that facilities supplies are sufficient to serve the necessary volume of work to ensure success
- Track all equipment and IT items at each location, ensuring items are serviced regularly and are retrieved or redeployed when no longer needed
- Maintain regular check-in discussions with provider and clinic office management to ensure dedicated facilities needs are properly supported
- In alignment with the Facilities Management leadership and Provider Network Management, support strategic plan of network build and disposition of current and expanded dedicated facilities supplies
- 3+ years in logistics, healthcare, and / or military experience or a combination of all three
- 1+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, and working directly with vendors
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel

This role will work closely with the Veteran Services (VS) Program Team and Provider Network Management (PNM) Team to ensure supplies for our Facilities are available and maintained in assigned regions. In conjunction with Facilities Management leadership, develop short term and long-term plans for meeting program and customer goals.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
