Job Description: Tailored Management is seeking a skilled RPO Corporate Sourcer to design and implement sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and conduct talent mapping for a top-tier Biotech/Pharma company. You'll identify and assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and attitudes to support the company's operations, commercial, and R&D needs. As a subject matter expert, you'll leverage various sourcing channels, maintain accurate documentation, and provide analytical reports. You'll also collaborate with the RPO Sourcing Lead to ensure alignment with business needs and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies in partnership with the RPO Sourcing Lead.
• Source and identify candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Monster, and Google search.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring positions, challenging territories, and succession planning.
• Conduct market analysis and talent mapping, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of active pipelines and provide detailed sourcing reports to the RPO Sourcing Lead.
• Meet weekly with the RPO Sourcing Lead to review sourcing efforts, discuss upcoming projects, and ensure alignment with business needs and SLAs/KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Recruiter, Headhunter, or similar role.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sourcing experience in Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare roles.
• 1+ years of sourcing experience for Manager and Director level positions.

• Location: Skyrise 4B 17th Floor West Geonzon Street IT Park Apas Cebu City, Cebu 6000
• Hours 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. PHT, to support United States-based Clients.
• This role operates full-time in the office.
