- Search for unique talent through multiple channels to create a high caliber pipeline of interested and engaged candidates
- Build, enhance and maintain relationships with diversity, equity & inclusion organizations to increase brand awareness and source talent
- Leverage professional platforms to search and identify people with the unique experiences and skillsets that match our needs and add to our diverse culture
- Customize and adapt search methodology for each assigned vacancy to find qualified candidates.
- Keep hiring leaders and Talent Team leadership up to date on the status and progress of all vacancies.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition Marketing to develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility and interaction with potential candidates.
- Gather and analyze talent sourcing related metrics to inform strategy and solutions.
- High School Diploma / GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- At least one (1) year of talent sourcing or full life cycle recruiting. Required
- At least three (3) years of talent sourcing or full life cycle recruiting in health care. Preferred

A Brief Overview
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will work closely with the Physician/Faculty Recruitment Manager and will be dedicated to sourcing qualified physician candidates, implementing innovative sourcing strategies and long-term campaigns to bring the best talent to CHOP.
This role will have an opportunity to build and develop best practices and make an immediate impact. Its focus will be building talent pools and active pipelines for Physician and Faculty positions at CHOP.
