What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive business growth.
- Increase the number of business units by acquiring new dealer accounts.
- Enforce brand standards and ensure adherence across all dealer locations.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on sales leads to close new business and secure contracts.
- Identify areas of improvement for each dealer location and develop action plans.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive as required.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
