      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review documentation to ensure compliance with Board policies and state/federal statutes
      - Conduct school visits to assess compliance and provide support
      - Prepare detailed reports and presentation materials for stakeholders
      - Develop and maintain relationships with charter operators for excellent customer service
      - Analyze data and provide insights to inform instructional decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of public charter schools and K-12 education statutes and policies
      - Strong skills in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving
      - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
      - Experience in a school or classroom setting preferred
      - Must be able to obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and have a valid Driver's License

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Pursuing or holding a degree in education, curriculum, business, or a related field
      - Experience in compliance or operations-related roles
      - Teaching certification from Arizona or another state
      - Residing in or near the Tucson metro area
      - Familiarity with the ASBCS SalesForce platform and Google Suite
