- Develop proficiency in JDA software to efficiently execute space planning tasks
- Maintain a comprehensive repository of all space planning projects, ensuring accurate records
- Knowledge of Power BI hierarchy to create data-driven solutions
- Leverage high-level Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, etc.) for efficient data manipulation and reporting
- Proficiency in managing Access Databases
- Share best practices with the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expertly analyze data (customer, market, and CCNA system) and maximize the financial impact of space planning efforts
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ years of experience working in an analytical field required
- 1+ experience analyzing large volumes of data identifying trends/opportunities required
- 2+ years’ experience in beverage or fast-moving CPG industry preferred
- Experience with space management principles & utilizing space management software (JDA Space Planning, Shelf IQ, Apollo) preferred
- Experience with Power BI reporting a plus

What does a Space Planning Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?
The Space Planning Specialist is an analytics role responsible for gathering information to support the Space Planning Manager on initiatives across various projects. These projects include annual resets, assortment optimization, and adherence to merchandising standards. The right candidate will be proactive and constantly seek to build trust with their ability to analyze product performance within the schematic. Offering data that supports and drives the Swire Coca-Cola volume, revenue, and share of visible inventory goals. Expertise in JDA Space Planning software, data analysis, Power BI reporting, and high-level Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) will contribute to success in this position.

Come and join our Sparkling team!Base pay range is $64,749 to $84,983 plus bonus structure (dependent on role) . Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
