- Responder a todas las interacciones de manera eficiente, cortés y profesional para lograr la máxima satisfacción del cliente.
- Asistir a los huéspedes, socios y clientes a sus citas en relación con el Spa.
- Manejo de e-mails y atención telefónica.
- Brindar información, coordinar reservas y turnos y cobro de cargos del Spa.
- Mantener las instalaciones del Spa incluídos los vestuarios, áreas de ejercicio, etc.
- Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios afines a la industria.
- Experiencia previa en posiciones similares (deseable).
- Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar días y horarios rotativos (excluyente).
- Dominio del idioma Inglés Avanzado (excluyente).
- Conocimiento de otros idiomas (deseable).
- Actitud positiva, proactividad, trabajo en equipo y atención personalizada.
